With over 25 years of personal study and experience, she integrates nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle practices, and emerging wellness approaches to help clients feel more grounded, supported, and aligned in their daily lives. Her work also includes guidance on creating healthier personal and work environments, including support around modern environmental stressors like EMFs and other overwhelming technologies.
Melissa has a background in education and a lifelong passion for science and natural wellness. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), certified as a professional Health Coach and Holistic Guide.
From a young age and throughout her life, she experienced a heightened level of sensitivity—often taking in more from her environment and the people around her than she could initially understand or manage. It took years of learning, exploration, and personal growth for her to fully recognize what that sensitivity meant and how to work with it in a healthy, supportive way.
Today, that lived experience allows Melissa to deeply understand what many of her clients are going through. Her approach is rooted in both practical wellness strategies and a deep commitment to helping others grow into their fullest potential.
