For much of my life, I navigated the world with a heightened sensitivity, often absorbing more than I knew how to manage. It took years of learning, growth, and self-discovery to understand what that meant and how to work with it in a way that felt supportive instead of overwhelming.
Now, I help others do the same—offering guidance, tools, and support so they can feel grounded, clear, and more in control of their well-being.
